About Us
The Multiturn Screw Piling Association of Australia Inc. was founded by a group of like-minded professionals who recognized screw piling as a superior, cost-effective foundation method. Our members bring innovation and new engineering solutions to the building and construction industries.
Our mission is to promote the use of all forms of screw piling, with a particular emphasis on the Multiturn Helix type.

Our Objectives
- The Association is committed to:
- Promoting Industry Best Practice Advance the use of cast steel and iron screw pile helixes as a structurally and commercially sound alternative to other foundation methods.
- Encouraging Ethical Engineering Practices Support members and stakeholders in providing ethical, sound engineering advice, while actively challenging misinformation about cast steel pile products.
- Supporting Industry Growth and Welfare Enhance the social and intellectual welfare of members, fostering innovation and sustainable growth within the screw piling industry.
- Increasing Awareness through Engagement Organise and participate in events, forums, and initiatives that promote the objectives of the Association.
- Counteracting False Information Take action against individuals or organizations that promote misleading or incorrect technical data about our industry.
Membership
Membership is open to individuals, companies, institutions, and professionals associated with screw piling and related industries.
We offer two classes of membership:
1. Ordinary MembersActive in the design or installation of cast steel screw piles.
2. Associate MembersIncludes individuals, companies, educational institutions, engineers, geotechnical engineers, manufacturers, and installers connected to the screw piling industry or interested in joining.

All new applications are reviewed and approved by the Management Committee in line with the Association Constitution.
